Orders & Pre-Orders

Our first collection is currently available exclusively through pre-order. Estimated shipping dates will be communicated at checkout and updated by email. For order inquiries, contact orders@frantzsoluxury.com.

Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify. Your order is confirmed upon successful payment.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance, unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact returns@frantzsoluxury.com before shipping any return.
