Refund Policy

Eligibility

Unopened bottles, in their original packaging and seal intact, may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of fragrance, opened bottles cannot be accepted.

How To Return

1. Email returns@frantzsoluxury.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. You will receive return instructions and an address within 24 hours.
3. Ship the parcel back using a tracked method. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact support@frantzsoluxury.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a complimentary replacement immediately.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once the parcel has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
